E-RYT 500 & Senior Yoga Teacher
Nadine has been practising yoga since the late 90’s and sharing the teachings of yoga since 2000.
Training in the Viniyoga style with her main teacher David Charlton with whom she continues to study with regularly, Nadine discovered the compassionate, healing benefits of a yoga practice. She delights in the gifts yoga offers on so many levels, is always hungry to learn more and loves to share the joys of all aspects of yoga.
Nadine has made a specialism working with Yin and restorative practices whilst working with an inclusive and trauma informed approach. Facilitating yoga teacher training since 2017, Nadine strives to make the ancient teachings of yoga accessible for all. -
Senior Yoga Teacher
In her teaching, Ali lives by the motto as stated by William Arthur Ward, "The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.”. Her approach is to encourage students to connect with their own bodies and minds to find the practice that not only works for them now but inspires growth for the future. She believes that by being authentic with ourselves we can lead others to do the same.
Ali has over 20 years of yoga practices and over 7 years of teaching experience. Yoga has not only provided her with physical benefits but more importantly, to achieve mental and spiritual transformations. And with continued practice, no doubt, there's more to come.
