My teaching styles range over dynamic vinyasa, gentle flow, yin, restorative, chanting, yoga nidra and meditation. I strive to offer an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
You can find me teaching the following weekly & monthly classes:

9am -10am: Vinyasa 2 - Lila Yoga
10:30am - 11:30am: Vinyasa 1 - Lila Yoga
12pm - 1pm: Sunday Meditation community - Lila Yoga
This meditation class is an accessible, welcoming and braver space for relaxing your body & mind. Come and explore the practice of mindfulness meditation to find a little more headspace and explore practices to release deep tension & to be with your present experience moment to moment.
